Welcome to Bloody Boka. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a casting session or ordering custom products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws.

2. Casting & Booking Sessions

Our 3D Hand Casting sessions require in-person attendance at our studio in Kolkata or an arranged home session. Our casting materials are non-toxic and hypoallergenic. However, if you have known skin allergies, please inform us prior to the casting session.

3. Custom Artwork & Products

All resin art, miniatures, and string art products are handcrafted, unique creations. Slight variations in color, layout, and finish are normal characteristics of handmade art and are not considered defects.

4. Liability

Bloody Boka and its partners, Sayan Ghosh and Sujay Jaguliya, take utmost care during casting sessions and shipping. We are not liable for any issues arising from pre-existing medical/skin conditions not disclosed to us or damage occurred due to improper cleaning/maintenance of art pieces.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
